Excellent location, just steps away from the Cuzco Metro stop and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and of high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is well-organized, and the service provided by Ruben was really good. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and the selection of Spanish wines at the bar is fantastic.

They were very good too provide an amazing customer experience, even remembering our names. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and well-appointed room that had comfortable bedding. The location was convenient, as it was very close to the metro, making transportation around the city easy. the breakfast buffet offered a good choice of options, and the bar had a great selection of fabulous Spanish wines.
For us, this hotel was ideal in every way.

This hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, near downtown, making it a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also conveniently located very close to a metro station, allowing easy access to the really touristy metro stops. The rooms are comfortable with a big bed, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is kind and accommodating, providing good service to the guests. The hotel also offers a pleasant lobby and entrance area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
One negative aspect is that the mini-fridges in the rooms do not cool properly, which can be inconvenient for guests who want to keep their food and drinks cold.
